Right-click anywhere on a page of your website, then select "Inspect". You can also just key in control-shift-I. You will then see a new panel with a toolbar. There is a little icon on the far left that looks like a cell phone in front of a computer screen. Just click on that icon and you will see options to display your page as it would appear on a variety of devices. For example, a Galaxy S5, an IPhone 6, and IPad Pro, and so on.
